Rental includes:

  • hall access from 8am to 2am event must end by 12am
  • hall access the day before wedding for rehearsal or any additional setup from 4pm to 10pm
  • 25 tables for seating, including table linen (choose between 60" round or 8ft long)
  • 5 additional tables of your choosing, including table linen (choose between 48" round, hightop cocktail tables, 8ft long, 6ft long, or 4ft long)
  • chair covers with sash or bow in colors of your choosing for the 200 chairs
  • pipe and draping: inquire about colors available
  • separate space with a kitchenette and bar for food and beverage staging
  • private changing room 
  • setup and breakdown of tables and chairs
  • security
  • included decor: disco ball, twinkle lights, white lanterns



Details:

  • Our hall accommodates up to 250 persons. The main hall will accommodate up to 200 comfortably in a reception style table seating. 250 persons may be sat at an additional fee.
  • Use your own caterer or bring your own food and beverage. If serving liquor, a caterer with a liquor license will need to serve your beverages. If serving beer and wine, you will need to secure a $50 one-time use alcohol permit.
  • Client is responsible for disposing and removing all items they bring into the facility at the conclusion of the event, for example: food / decor and anything it leaves behind / possessions / trash
  • Event must end at midnight, the remaining two hours are for vendor pickups.
  • We do not hold any items over night. Everything must be removed from the building after the event.
  • Use your own dj / band.


Add-Ons:

  • table runners or overlays in color of your choice: $5 each
  • our team will setup for your ceremony then reset the hall for your reception (one hour of time is needed to reset the hall): $400



A signed contract and a $500 security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit is returned within 14 business days after the event via check and security deposit may be forfeited if there are any damages, staying past the end time of rental, or if any trash is left behind. The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Prices and services are subject to change until a signed contract is in place. If paying by credit card, there is a 3% transaction fee added. The rental fee is due in full 16 weeks prior to the event, or event is subject to cancellation.

  • your choice of (13) or (19) 8ft longs, or 60" rounds for seating depending on which package you book *linens are an additional fee
  • your choice of (3) additional tables for desserts, presents, etc. *linens are an additional fee
  • (3) 8ft tables with black linens for desserts / food / beverage if needed
