Quinceañera Salon Rental

$500 security deposit + $1950 salon rental fee

*security deposit is returned after event if there are no damages* 


Saturdays, 200 persons

Hall access is from 8am-2am. The event must be completed by midnight, the remaining 2 hours are for teardown and for any vendor pickups. This time slot includes setup, event, and teardown.


Included with the rental:

  • (200) banquet chairs
  • your choice of (25) 8ft longs or (20) 60" rounds + (5) 8ft longs for seating *linens are an additional fee
  • your choice of (4) additional tables for desserts, presents, etc. *linens are an additional fee
  • small hall with kitchenette including fridge, sink, and microwave
  • large hall for seating and dancing
  • bring your own food and beverage (with proper permits)
  • security
  • 2hr dance rehearsal / walkthrough the Wednesday or Thursday before the event

POLICIES - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

A signed contract and a security deposit is due upon booking in order to save the date.


  • Prices and services are subject to change until a signed contract is in place. 
  • TABLE LINENS: Table linens are not included in the rentals (unless described in rental description). We do offer linens to rent, and we would put on the tables for you and then take off at the end of your event. White linens are $10/table and black linens are $7/table.
  • CHAIR COVERS: We do offer chair covers and chair decor such as sashes and bows. We would put them on the chairs for you prior to your event and take them off at the end of your event. Inquire about pricing and colors in stock.
  • PIPE AND DRAPE: No tape is allowed on our walls! We do offer pipe and drape structures which are 10ft w x 8ft h. The structure comes with drapes for you to build on with your balloons, banners, decor, etc. We setup the pipe and drape for you and remove at the end of the event. Pricing is $50/structure. If wanting to drape off mural wall or back restroom wall in large hall it is $100. Inquire about colors we have in stock.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit is returned within 14 business days after the event via check and security deposit may be forfeited if there are any damages, staying past the end time of rental, or if any trash is left behind. The security deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. 
  • If paying by credit card, there is a 3% transaction fee added.
  • Time slots include setup, event time, and teardown. The premises must be vacated (and vendors must pickup) by the end time listed on your contract. Additional setup time may be available at $30/hour, please inquire in advance.
  • PAYMENT DUE DATES: The rental fee is due in full 4 weeks prior to the event if booking the Small Hall or Large Hall (not including Friday or Saturday PM rental), 6 weeks prior to the event if booking the Large Hall Friday or Saturday PM, and 12 weeks prior to the event if booking a Facility Rental, or event is subject to cancellation.
  • DECOR: You are welcome to use your own decorator or use your own decor, but all decor must be taken down prior to your end time. No tape is allowed on any of the walls. No floor decals unless asked in advance (we will make recommendations on proper tape to be used on floors). Balloons must be popped and disposed of, banners/signs and etc. must be removed and disposed of, if not security deposit may be forfeited! NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED! Any additional time for setup may be available at $30/hour.
  • FOOD: You are welcome to bring your own food or use your own caterer. We do not have a kitchen prep space available. All food must be prepared off-site. We do not have any heating elements available. If renting the small hall, or facility rental, there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, and sink available. No grills!
  • ALCOHOL: If serving alcohol, the host is responsible for securing all necessary permits such as a one time use permit ($50) and any other permits needed including a bartender and / or caterer with their 2 way or 3 way license. The bar must close 30 minutes prior to event ending.
  • FACILITY RENTALS: If booking on a Saturday the event must end by 12am. Facility Rentals come with 2 additional hours for cleanup and teardown. Vendors must pick up within this time frame! We will not hold anything overnight!
  • MUSIC: Djs and bands are welcome, but must be self-sufficient. We do not have any equipment to offer.
  • BOUNCE HOUSES: Our Large Hall can accommodate bounce houses up to 10.5ft. Our Small Hall can accommodate toddler bounce houses only. We recommend Kingdom Jumpers for your bounce house needs.
  • CLEANING: At the end of your event, all trash must be disposed of in the dumpster behind our building. All decor including tape, balloons, banners, etc. must be disposed of. Please leaves tables and chairs as is, do not breakdown. If trash is not disposed at the end of the event, a $50 cleaning fee will be deducted from the deposit.
